It is easy to place an order to us. Choose the vaporizer you want, click the button and fill in your requests.  Or you can shoot us an email to [email protected], our sales team will reply within 12 hours. There is a simple way to place an order. 

  1. Tell us what product you want and the QTY
  2. Our sales will send you a proforma invoice.
  3. You confirm the invoice and send us the payment.
  4. We will arrange the production once received the payment.

We accpet Paypal for sample order and bulk order only wire transfer. We do not accept credit card as a payment method.

No worry! We offer domestic bank account in the USA, so you can pay the order by domestic wire.

We will send you a tracking number by email once order shipped. Get the tracking number then you can track your orders.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If orders are in production, we do not accept any changes. 

Normally, order will be finished in 10-15 days.

Custom order will be 15-20 days. 

Bulk order(like over 100k vape carts)  need to confirm the production before placing order.

We ship all goods by express like DHL/UPS/Fedex.

If you have your own shipping agent, we can ship goods by them.

The shipping time depends on the express, usually it takes 4-5 days, and for remote areas about 7 days. 

In case of force majeure, such as an epidemic, flight delay, local strike, etc., the transportation time will increase accordingly. We will always pay attention to the status of the goods and try our best to urge the express company.

The shipping cost depends on the weight or volume. We will indicate the shipping cost on the proforma invoice. 

Once your order is shipped, our sales will send you an email including the tracking number.

All our prices is not including the taxes. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. 

However, if you can not pay the tariff, we can provide tariff payment service. If you need this service, please let us know when you place your order.

We stand by the quality of our products. By our excellent quality team, we control the defect rate below 1%. 

All vape cartridges and disposable pens are warranted in 3 month;

All vape pen batteries are warranted in 6 months.

We’re very sorry to hear you're experiencing issues! We've worked hard to get the failure rate below 1%, but we know that sometimes it happens.  We will send you replacements if there is any defect caused by quality. Please contact us your sales rep, they will help you solve the issues.
